ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help develop, enhance, and maintain a cloud-based management portal and application.
In this role, you'll work across the entire technology stack from frontend and backend development to databases and AWS infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building secure, scalable, and reliable software while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that improve business operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the platform.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Develop secure backend services and REST APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, and data migrations.
- Maintain integrations with AWS services including EC2, RDS, and S3.
- Support and improve Docker-based deployments and application infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, database, and production issues.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, validation, and access controls.
- Ensure backend services enforce security and business rules.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development best practices.
- Review existing code to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and development standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Help improve platform reliability through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Raise any issues or discrepancies to the Finance Team
- Support a safe and compliant working environment by following company standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 - 5 years of experience developing web applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or a similar frontend framework.
- Experience building backend applications using NestJS, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and AWS cloud services.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred but not Required
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud security.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience developing software for construction, asset management, or field operations
