Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance modern web technologies
- Shaping the direction of our architecture, design patterns and stack
- Building modern solutions supporting an event driven, cloud native approach
- Leveraging AI to build smart, AI powered user experiences within our core platform
- Collaborating widely with product owners and fellow engineers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Contributing to continuous innovation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, technical decision-making, and the end-to-end user experience
- Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to established development standards.
Key Criteria
- Strong experience with a proven track record in front-end development using Typescript (React, Vue, Tanstack, TRPC, RSC)
- Solid proficiency in .NET (Core and/or Framework) for backend service development
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including deploying and managing applications within a cloud environment
- A strong commitment to clean code, comprehensive testing, and best practices in software engineering
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices principles, and database technologies (Postgres/MySQL and/or MSSQL)
- Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical details clearly and concisely
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and addressing technical challenges
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), with a possibility of transitioning to a fully remote setup after probation.
