Your Day-to-Day

• Developing agents in Copilot studio and pro code agentic frameworks like LangGraph
• Utilizing GitHub Copilot
• Designing and developing AI/ML models and algorithms
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets
• Deploying AI systems into production environments
• Testing, monitoring, and optimizing model performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (customers, product owners, data scientists, engineers, etc.)
• Maintaining AI systems and resolving issues
• Teach and coach others on agentic AI

What We're Looking For

• Programming: Python, Java, or R
• Experience working across Copilot studio, Azure Foundry, Azure ML, Databricks Genie, and DataRobot.
• Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Data analysis and statistical foundations
• Understanding of AI algorithms, deep learning, NLP, etc.
• Cloud & deployment experience (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiar with agile development frameworks and practices

Must be amenable for 1 year Project Based Contract
