We're partnering with a leading financial services organization looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and enhance production-grade GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI applications.

Why This Role Exists

You'll be joining a growing AI engineering team with existing AI use cases already in production - and will help build, enhance, and scale new ones.

You may work on AI knowledge platforms, copilots, agentic workflows, conversational AI, and potentially voice AI.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered applications using React and modern web technologies
• Develop and enhance GenAI, RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar LLM platforms
• Build APIs and backend services using Node.js and/or Python
• Connect AI applications with databases, APIs, enterprise systems and workflows
• Productionize existing AI use cases and deliver new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and support applications in production
• Work closely with Architects, DevOps, business stakeholders and engineering teams

What We're Looking For

Our priority is the combination of:

• Strong React / Frontend Engineering
• Hands-on GenAI / AI Engineering experience

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents or Agentic AI
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar
• Backend/API development using Node.js and/or Python
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases or similar technologies
• Exposure to AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD or DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Experience supporting production applications
