Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and networking platforms for talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and basic employment regulations.
  • Can work Onsite in San Pedro, Laguna.
