Full Cycle Medical Biller

Are you an experienced medical biller who knows the revenue cycle from start to finish

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Cycle Medical Biller to join our team onsite at MEDVA's secured facility in Manila. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complete medical billing and revenue cycle process and can confidently manage claims, denials, payments, A/R follow-ups, and insurance-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

1. Own the Revenue Cycle: Oversee the full medical billing and revenue cycle process, from claim management through payment and resolution.
2. Manage Authorizations: Handle prior authorizations and predeterminations and ensure necessary requirements are completed accurately and on time.
3. Monitor Claims & Payments: Track claims, denials, payments, and outstanding balances to keep accounts moving toward resolution.
4. Work Accounts Receivable: Perform A/R follow-ups, investigate unpaid or delayed claims, and prepare necessary billing reports.
5. Resolve Insurance Issues: Contact insurance companies to follow up on claims, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
6. Support Patients: Answer patient billing questions clearly and professionally, assist with payment concerns, and collect payments when needed.
7. Provide Cost Estimates: Prepare and communicate patient cost estimates when required.
8. Stay on Top of Open Issues: Track unresolved billing concerns and provide timely updates to the practice until issues are resolved.

What We're Looking For:

1. Full-Cycle Billing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.
2. Strong Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand accent.
3. Onsite Availability: Must be willing and able to work onsite at MEDVA's secured facility in Manila.
4. AthenaHealth Experience: Direct experience working with AthenaHealth is a major plus.
5. Sleep Medicine Experience: Previous billing experience in Sleep Medicine is a plus.
6. Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to investigate billing and claim issues, identify the cause, and proactively work toward resolution.
7. Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and accurate when handling claims, patient accounts, payments, insurance information, and billing documentation.
8. Ownership & Accountability: Comfortable managing outstanding issues and following through until they are properly resolved.
