Position Overview

Are you a billing expert who thrives on accuracy, follow-through, and full-cycle ownership MEDVA is looking for a Medical Biller (Full RCM) to manage end-to-end billing operations for our healthcare clients — from insurance verification and charge entry to claim submission, payment posting, and denial resolution.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the full billing lifecycle and knows how to drive results across every stage of the revenue cycle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in full RCM for US healthcare clients
• Strong command of medical coding, claims submission, and payer rules
• Experience with platforms like eCW, Athena, Epic, Waystar, or similar
• High attention to detail and understanding of billing workflows
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with key RCM metrics (Days in AR, Denial Rate, Collections Ratio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Biller or Coder (CPC, CPB, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations before patient visits
• Enter accurate patient and charge data into EHR or billing systems
• Submit claims electronically and monitor for rejections or denials
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on denied or delayed claims and file appeals as needed
• Coordinate with providers, payers, and patients to ensure clean billing
• Generate and analyze AR reports to reduce aging balances and improve KPIs
