Overview
This team is in charge of website builds, migrations, and lengthy edits. It is a combination of website editor and data entry role.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and complete website set up projects.
- Ensure website builds are accurate and completed in a timely manner (great attention to detail).
- Work autonomously by following written standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Make changes and additions to websites as requested by the subscriber.
- Provide feedback to management on the efficiency of the Fulfillment process as well as improvements that can be made.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- HTML and CSS preferred
- Highly organized
- Open to work ONSITE and NIGHTSHIFT
