Partner closely with SCommerce Ops to proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities across end-to-end operational processes, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and execution. Act as a bridge with regional teams by translating ideas into practical, locally workable actions, while also initiating proposals based on on-the-ground insights.
Job Description
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end, from problem definition and impact assessment to implementation
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
- Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data tools is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business analysis are preferred.
- Prior experience in management consulting or strategy teams is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Proven leadership experience and quality.
- Experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in G-Suites and MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
