Role Description

The E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Team Lead plays a hands-on role in guiding the daily activities of the warehouse fulfillment team. This position ensures that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The Team Lead works alongside associates, provides real-time coaching, helps resolve floor issues, and ensures daily shipping targets and safety standards are consistently met. 

Qualifications

• College Graduate; associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus. 
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics, with demonstrated leadership qualities or informal team lead experience. 
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF handheld scanners. 
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace) for checking order statuses and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with major shipping carriers.
• Strong communication skills and a approachable, collaborative leadership style.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
