Fulfillment Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for approving client registration/activation and enrollment for all e-banking delivery channels of the bank. Coordinates with branches, BankCom Customer Care and other units of the bank regarding complaints, status of applications and other e-banking transactions that requires fulfillment and settlement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Reviews and approves transactions processed by Fulfillment Section.
• Approves ATM certification to Branches.
• Assists the Department Head on automation projects and various testing activities.
• Evaluates the section's performance and analyzes areas for improvement.
• Ensures fulfillment of services within prescribed turn-around time.
• Strict monitoring of inventory of blank MC Cutting Vouches and Corp. Checks of CIB clients.
• Serves as alternate approver for Card Production Section.
• Ensures strict adherence to Bank's policies and procedures.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
