Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing & coordination with inventory for stocks availability, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring all orders are shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ecom order processing, particularly with Shopify's order management system, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Process order placed in .ph platforms (ALT and RAPTOR) including preparing Sales Receipts from QB
  • Prepare and create Sales Invoices.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly, accurate and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (at least the basic) and the ongoing promotions in.ph platforms (ALT and RAPTOR)

ORDER DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCESSING:

  • Assist customer for any payment validation process
  • Help in validating possible scam orders and coordination with our 3 party bank institutions.
  • Provide status updates to the customers regarding the delivery of the purchased items.
  • Provide a copy of waybill document to the customers

OTHER TASKS

    • Collaboration with all the internal counterparts from time to time for any related concerns encountered.
  • Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree.
    • Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations, particularly in handling Shopify Orders and order management tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong and good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to professionally interact with customers.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot shipping or inventory discrepancies.
    • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals.
