JOB SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for managing & coordination with inventory for stocks availability, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring all orders are shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ecom order processing, particularly with Shopify's order management system, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ORDER PROCESSING
- Process order placed in .ph platforms (ALT and RAPTOR) including preparing Sales Receipts from QB
- Prepare and create Sales Invoices.
- Respond to customer queries promptly, accurate and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (at least the basic) and the ongoing promotions in.ph platforms (ALT and RAPTOR)
ORDER DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCESSING:
- Assist customer for any payment validation process
- Help in validating possible scam orders and coordination with our 3 party bank institutions.
- Provide status updates to the customers regarding the delivery of the purchased items.
- Provide a copy of waybill document to the customers
OTHER TASKS
Collaboration with all the internal counterparts from time to time for any related concerns encountered.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations, particularly in handling Shopify Orders and order management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong and good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to professionally interact with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals.
