General Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex modules within the Flutter framework, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and integrated seamlessly with backend services.
- Efficiently write production-ready, highly maintainable Dart code. Enforce high standards through rigorous code reviews and by implementing advanced design patterns (Clean Architecture, SOLID).
- Architect and manage complex application states using industry-standard libraries (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider) to ensure predictable data flow and performance.
- Optimize application performance for both iOS and Android, including deep-dives into native configurations and performance profiling (memory leaks, rendering issues).
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture and API integrations to ensure knowledge continuity across the engineering team.
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, providing accurate story point estimations and identifying technical debt or blockers during sprint planning.
- Assist in the professional development of junior developers by providing constructive feedback and sharing best practices in frontend development.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a primary focus on Flutter.
- Deep proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework, including a strong understanding of the Rendering Pipeline and Widget tree optimization.
- Proven experience implementing scalable state management solutions and a firm grasp of Clean Architecture or MVVM patterns.
- Strong comfort level with Native Android (Kotlin/Java) and Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) bridge/platform channels. Ability to write custom platform-specific code when plugins are unavailable.
- Advanced knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and WebSockets. Familiarity with local storage encryption and secure authentication flows (OAuth2, Biometrics).
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions) and automated testing (Unit, Widget, and Integration tests).
- Has a critical eye for detail with the ability to translate complex Figma prototypes into fluid, responsive animations and layouts.
- Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate with junior developers and non technical members such as UI/UX designers and Product Managers
- A proven track record of shipping and maintaining at least one high-traffic app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or Crypto industries is a significant advantage.
- Strong experience with Git workflows, including rebasing, conflict resolution, and managing release branches.
