Frontend Engineer (ReactJS)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) to build fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that are performant, accessible, and visually engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with React, including hooks, Context API, and lifecycle concepts
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Recoil
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Experience using version control systems, particularly Git
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

Typical Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Styling: CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS
• Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines
• APIs: REST / GraphQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Next.js
• Knowledge of testing frameworks including Jest or React Testing Library
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with a passion for clean, intuitive user interfaces
• Ability to work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures

Key Responsibilities

· Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React

· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and long-term use

· Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability

· Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs while collaborating with backend teams

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across devices

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards

· Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently

· Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver features on time and with quality
