JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality frontend solutions using React or React Native. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive, high-performance applications. Ensure smooth user experiences, optimize performance, and stay updated on emerging technologies. Provide mentorship to junior developers and troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-device issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy frontend solutions.
- Own the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional, responsive applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless experiences across browsers and devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging frontend technologies to drive continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SASS, and the React or React Native framework.
- Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in frontend or mobile application development.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, performant, and user-centric code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Must be available to start immediately.
