What You'll Do:

• Lead the frontend redesign of approximately 18 existing applications, modernizing UI/UX for consistency and performance, and design responsive web apps using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Create compelling visual designs for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand collateral using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) and traditional tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Integrate AI-powered features into products (chatbots, smart search, personalization), develop AI-augmented workflows, and maintain quality control over AI-generated code and design outputs.

What You Need:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong experience with at least one modern JS framework (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Svelte).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, plus hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and AI image generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly).
• Demonstrated ability to write effective prompts for both code generation and visual design AI tools, with an understanding of AI limitations, ethics, and quality assurance.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both frontend development projects and graphic design work, plus excellent visual eye for typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving AI landscape; strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional agile teams.
