Role Description

The Front Office Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in General Santos. The position involves overseeing front desk operations, including supervising staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities also include managing reservations, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency at the front office. The supervisor will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead front office staff effectively
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and Reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room management systems
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and assisting guests clearly and effectively
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain operational efficiency
  • Prior hospitality or front office experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel management software is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
