Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Laoag. The Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient customer service delivery and guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with staff, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a positive and professional hotel atmosphere. The role also involves administrative tasks such as managing schedules, supervising employees, and optimizing operational processes to improve guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Knowledge of reservation and hotel management systems is an advantage
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
