Qualifications
→ High school graduate or vocational graduate; college level is an advantage
→ With experience in cashiering, customer service, food service, or restaurant operations is preferred
→ Fresh graduates with strong customer service skills are welcome to apply
→ Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed
→ Good communication and interpersonal skills
→ Can work in a fast-paced environment
→ Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
→ Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
→ Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
→ Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
→ Handle cashiering and process payments correctly
→ Answer customer inquiries about the menu and promotions
→ Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
→ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and dining area
→ Assist with table arrangement and basic front-of-house support when needed
→ Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
