Front End Systems Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Front End Systems Manager to lead retail operations support. You will standardize cashiering procedures, manage system upgrades, ensure policy compliance, and drive operational efficiency across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Standardization: Develop cashiering training modules, manuals, and assessments; align procedures across business units with Cashiering Systems Managers.
• System Management: Set standards for system enhancements, review/approve upgrades, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Policy & Compliance: Collaborate on drafting and updating cashiering policies, communicate updates across stores, and create audit checklists.
• Process Improvement: Lead cashiering projects from planning to implementation, benchmark industry best practices, and drive efficiency solutions.
• People Management: Direct team activities, set departmental goals, and foster a high-performing work culture.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in retail operations, process standardization, or cashiering systems, including supervisory experience.
• Key Skills: Strong expertise in SOP creation, POS/system management, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
