Front-End Developer (ReactJS)

Front-End Developer role focused on building and enhancing the user interface of a transaction processing platform. You will develop new ReactJS screens and improve existing workflows for internal operations teams and external clients, including dashboard-heavy experiences, transaction status views, and role-based interfaces. Working closely with Java-based backend services and cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, and engineering), you will deliver intuitive, responsive, accessible, and consistent UI that accurately reflects transaction workflows and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop new front-end screens and features for the transaction processing platform using ReactJS.
• Build an upload and manual-processing interface for internal operations teams.
• Enhance client-facing dashboards, including transaction and workflow status views.
• Develop configuration interfaces for organization-level settings and preferences.
• Implement user interfaces that accurately reflect a transaction's current status and workflow stage.
• Create role-based views and experiences tailored to different user types and permissions.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services, including Java-based backend services.
• Ensure interfaces are intuitive, responsive, accessible, and consistent across the platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including production and integration-related concerns.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience building enterprise web applications, particularly dashboard- or data-table-heavy interfaces.
• Experience developing role-based interfaces for different user types and access levels.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles, responsive design, and user experience.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Java-based backend applications/APIs, preferably Java with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work with the platform's existing technologies, development practices, and architecture.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing interfaces for complex business workflows or transaction-based systems.
• Experience working with Java, Spring, or Spring Boot in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, transaction processing, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with workflow management systems or applications involving multiple user roles.
• Familiarity with data-intensive interfaces such as dashboards, tables, filters, search, and status tracking.
• Experience integrating ReactJS applications with Java-based REST APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across both front-end and backend/API layers.
