The Role
We are seeking an Intermediate .NET & Angular Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high quality software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused technical solutions that provide immediate business value.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure technical solutions address customer problems and deliver immediate value
- Develop code following best practices for security, quality, performance, and maintainability
- Minimize regression defects released to production
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using industry best practices
- Gather, analyze, and refine technical specifications and requirements
- Maintain, enhance, and scale existing platforms
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them where appropriate
- Govern and control quality outcomes throughout the development lifecycle
- Adhere to secure software development patterns and practices
- Ensure all code is properly documented and actively participate in code reviews
- Contribute to estimation, planning, and design sessions
- Implement shift-left testing practices, ensuring unit tests are included in every release
- Follow established source control management processes (e.g., Git)
- Participate in Lightning Talk sessions to share knowledge across the team
- Mentor and guide junior or less experienced developers
- Participate in software architecture discussions and technical workshops
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and strategies
What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 3 years of experience of development experience, preferably front-end development
- At least 3 years of experience of .NET development experience, building highly available web and/or mobile applications
- Must be knowledgable in: C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, Front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
