Job Responsibilities:
ؠAssist and attend to the administrative concerns of the management such as food orders and meeting room reservations
ؠEncoding data and important data in databases and MS Office applications
ؠEnsure accuracy and reliability of office directory and employee information
ؠProcess documents for employee purchase
ؠSecure important company forms (e.g. Leave Forms, Overtime Forms etc.)
ؠWeekly extraction of timekeeping date from biometrics
ؠOversee the office and housekeeping supplies including monitoring of office equipment that are in need of maintenance support
ؠMaintain confidentiality, accuracy and security of physical and electrical documents such as 201 files, Benefit Records, etc.
ؠMaintain guest / visitor logs and issuance of parking vouchers
ؠWelcome and assist visitors and guests
ؠAnswer queries through phone calls and emails
ؠTrain and guide incoming Front Desk student trainees
ؠMaintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby
Job Requirements:
ؠBachelors degree in Tourism, BSBA Major in HR or HRM
ؠProven experience in customer facing roles or front desk
ؠPleasing Personality
Skills:
ؠComputer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ؠGood oral and written communication skills
ؠExcellent time management and organizational skills
ؠPleasing personality
