Job Description

We are looking for customer-centric and motivated Front Desk Officers who have exceptional customer service skills and are passionate about providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued clients. As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and address client needs and concerns proactively, striving to exceed their expectations and create memorable experiences.
  • Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle clients inquiries / concerns and daily schedules of the center
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other team members, including Therapists, to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing client records, to support the overall efficiency of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism or its equivalent.
  • With at least one (1) year related experience as a FRONTLINER IN THE HOTEL , BEAUTY AND WELLNESS INDUSTRY, a definite advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Consistently presents a professional image that reflects and elevates the brand.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
