Position: French Speaking Recruiter
Industry: World's Biggest Food & Snacks manufacturer
Salary: P 110,000 to P 120,000 (negotiable)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (work from home 3 days)
Location: Bulacan (Near Quezon City)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Nightshift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Any foreign national who can speak French and English language.
Bachelors degree or undergraduate of any course.
Has experience sourcing and interviewing candidates
Has worked with any company either recruiter, HR or sourcing specialist
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview and source French-speaking candidates through various platforms and job postings.
Prepare job descriptions and discuss job responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements.
Review resumes and match candidates with suitable job openings.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate language assessments and final interviews.
Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for evaluation.
Monitor candidate progress and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
Discuss job offers, salary packages, and employment details with selected candidates.
Assist candidates with job offer signing and completion of pre-employment requirements.
