Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a French Customer Service (Non-Voice) representative. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences through written communications. The representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in managing Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
