JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who is conversational to fluent in French language
Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Experience in customer service, shared services, HR operations, data management, or other transactional service environments is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience handling survey data, compensation data, HR-related processes, or client-facing support is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and manage the collection of employer survey data from participating organizations, including communicating with French-speaking clients and stakeholders regarding survey requirements and submissions.
Review and validate submitted survey information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with survey standards.
Execute salary survey processes for assigned countries and analyze market compensation and benefits data to support business objectives.
Communicate survey participation requirements, data collection procedures, and project timelines in both French and English to participating organizations and clients.
Serve as a point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing guidance and clarification on survey methodologies, data submission requirements, and survey results.
