Position: French Bilingual Support Advisor
Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino national with proficiency in French, both verbal and written
️ Conversational English communication skills
️ Completed at least 2 years of college, a vocational course, or a related program
️ Customer Service experience is an advantage
️ Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's degree holders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers and provide information through phone, web, email, and chat in French and English
Address and resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and issues
Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Gather information from customer interactions and prepare necessary reports
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and effective support
Perform other related duties as assigned
