Oneshot.sg is where high-key creativity meets AI-powered workflows. We're half-tech (a point-and-click video tool for the DIY crowd) and half-creative agency (for the high-end, pro shoots).

We're looking for an Animation Designer who knows what makes a brand go viral and can turn a meh brief into a wow video without the gatekeeping of a traditional agency.

The Vibe & Flexibility

Work from (almost) anywhere: Once you're through our 1-month onboarding at our office, your favorite SG cafe or your home setup is your workplace.

On-Call & Online: We stay connected and on-call from 9 AM to 6 PM. We value freedom, but we also value being there for the team when the magic happens.

SG-Based Only: You'll need to be on the ground here because when it's time for a professional shoot, we need you on-site to make sure the vision is 10/10.

AI-First Workflow: We hate tedious tasks. We use the latest AI tools to skip the boring stuff so you can focus on the actual art.

What's on your plate

25 social media posts (mix of reels and static) per month

3 - 5 Static display panels

Simple graphic design like stand up banners, event backdrops; mostly adaptions and simple layouts

Your AI Sidekicks (Let's Learn Together)

We're big believers in working smarter, not harder. We're constantly experimenting with AI to see how it can make our Fast to Finish workflow even faster. You don't need to be an expert in all of these right now, but we're looking for someone with the curiosity to dive in and learn as we go.

Think of these as tools we'll explore together to level up your work:

Adobe Firefly & Generative Fill: (Already in your Creative Cloud!) Great for fixing backgrounds in a snap.

Visual Inspo: We'll play with tools like Midjourney or DALL-E to storyboard ideas before we even hit the record button.

Bottom line: If you're tech-curious and love finding shortcuts to make things look amazing, you'll fit right in. We'll figure out the best toolkit together as we grow!

AE is your bestie: You're fluent in After Effects and the Adobe Suite. You don't just use the software; you make it sing.

Trend Obsessed: You know what's trending on TikTok/IG before it even hits the For You page. You have a One-Shot eye for what's fashionable and clean.

Low Ego, High Output: You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can take a joke..

Experience: You've got at least 1 year in a creative agency (or high-level freelance) and a portfolio that proves you can translate vibes into technical tasks.
