About the Opportunity

We are expanding our freelance SAP consultant network to support current and upcoming client needs. This opportunity is ideal for experienced SAP professionals seeking flexible, project-based work that can be taken on alongside an existing role.

You will troubleshoot functional or technical issues, provide clear resolutions, and document recurring solutions in a remote, ticket-based support environment. Available tickets are posted on the platform and may be claimed by qualified consultants on a first-come, first-served basis.

What You'll Do

•      Claim and resolve support tickets within your qualified SAP module or area of expertise.

•      Troubleshoot functional and technical issues accurately and efficiently.

•      Provide clear, concise, and practical guidance to end users.

•      Document resolutions and contribute knowledge for recurring issues.

•      Follow client-specific business processes, service expectations, and compliance requirements.

•      Communicate professionally and empathetically throughout each interaction.

What We're Looking For

•      Hands-on experience in at least one of the SAP modules or technology areas listed above.

•      Strong understanding of relevant SAP workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting practices.

•      Ability to diagnose issues and work independently in a remote, ticket-based environment.

•      Clear written communication, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach.

•      Reliable internet connection and your own suitable computer or device.

•      Availability during US business hours is an advantage for modules specifically identified above.
