Freelance PowerPoint Designer

About the Project

LionsBot Academy is a training platform for dealers and customers, covering 42 modules across sales, technical, and foundational topics. Content (text outlines, quiz questions, FAQs) is drafted internally. We're looking for a designer to turn that approved content into polished, on-brand PowerPoint decks.

Responsibilities

• Take an existing Powerpoint draft (content and structure already in place) and redesign it into a polished, on-brand
• Help to do translated powerpoints in non-English languages (using AI)
• Apply LionsBot brand guidelines (colors, typography, layout system) consistently
• Source or AI-generate imagery appropriate to each module's subject matter
• Incorporate feedback through 1-2 rounds of revision per deck
• Maintain visual consistency across modules delivered over time

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills — not just template application
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced formatting, custom layouts, master slides)
• Experience using AI image generation tools (Chatgpt)
• Reliable communication and turnaround on a per-deck deadline basis
• Background open: graphic design, presentation design agency, or marketing — what matters is demonstrated design sense

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate/B2B training or sales enablement decks
• Familiarity with brand guideline systems
• Fast turnaround capability (3-5 decks per week)
• Great sense of aesthetics and beauty
