Iyuno PH Dubbing Team is currently opening recruitment for Freelance Mixing Engineer.
Conditions:
- Location: In-Office / Studio
- Shift: Night / Graveyard Shift
- Availability: Must be open to weekends and holiday schedules as project demands arise.
- Software: Expert-level proficiency in Pro Tools
Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
- Perform the final mix by blending dubbed dialogue, and music & sound effects (M&E) ultimately faithful to the creative intent of the source/original video.
- Ensure a clean, synced and complete dubbed dialogue track, as a pre-requisite to a complete and effective mix.
- Creatively apply audio effects (e.g., reverb, EQ, compression) to match on-screen environments and align with the creative direction of the project.
- Ensure the final mix adheres to strict technical specifications, particularly loudness standards (e.g., specified LUFS targets).
- Maintain organized and efficient Pro Tools sessions for seamless collaboration and review.
- Work closely with the senior audio engineer and project coordinators to implement feedback and revisions in a timely manner.
Capabilities and Skills:
- Proficient with AVID Pro Tools, including a strong command of audio plugins and signal routing.
- Demonstrated experience in audio mixing for dubbed content with relevant education or proven experience within the audio post-production industry.
- Experienced in various dubbing workflows across different types of projects.
- Ability to solve signal flow or software issues independently to avoid production delays.
