• Layout & Design: Create high-quality, accurate visual layouts for corporate reports and disclosures.
• Use Adobe Suite: Apply expert-level skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• HTML Support: Contribute to digital-ready designs with foundational HTML capabilities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with editors, project managers, and clients to deliver excellence.
• Process Enhancement: Recommend workflow improvements and best practices.
• Stay Curious: Be open to learning and adopting new platforms and tools as the role evolves.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years working with enterprise tools or platforms (like Google Workspace, SAP, or Microsoft 365).
• Tech Skills: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML; bonus points for Acrobat, Figma, or similar.
• Core Strengths: Precision, time management, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
