We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead the diagnosis, stabilization, optimization, and full activation of our Business Central environment across Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and Reporting functions.
- Lead the end-to-end diagnosis, stabilization, and full activation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, identifying configuration gaps, integration failures, and incomplete 2023 implementation components across Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and Reporting modules.
- Resolve and optimize critical system integrations, including Cyware POS ↔ Business Central sales and inventory sync and Ginee ↔ Business Central omnichannel inventory integration, ensuring accurate, real-time, and reliable data flow across all 41 stores.
- Design and implement complete Warehouse & Inventory Management workflows in Business Central, including inbound scanning, bin management, outbound dispatch, picklist automation, and real-time stock accuracy across all locations.
- Configure and stabilize Finance module integrity in Business Central, including General Ledger structure, AP/AR workflows, bank reconciliation, financial statement generation, and month-end close processes that eliminate manual reporting outside the system.
- Train, mentor, and transfer ownership of Business Central to internal teams across Finance, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Inventory by creating role-based SOPs, automation tools (Excel/Google Sheets), and structured coaching to ensure full system independence within 6 months.
