ONE is continually building out its Production team and we are looking for creative individuals to join us. We're now seeking Associate Producer(s) who will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Create videos that build the value of our events and athletes
- Create, manage and set timelines and ensure all deliverables
- Coordinate and interview fighters for pre-produced videos
- Create impactful and captivating cinematography for brand identity, marketing and entertainment
- Create, manage and set timelines for all production deliverables
- Work closely with PR, Marketing and Sales to develop and deliver content to all departments in a timely manner
- Review budgets and expenditure for programs or commercial productions for conformance to budgetary restrictions
- Outline, write and drive production to finished product
- Manage our media archive and server
- Encode media for distribution in broadcast, social media and post produced shows
- Implement strategies to increase our social awareness, including idea development, writing and marketing
Requirements:
- Open to freelance/contract role(s)
- Must be highly motivated, proactive in learning and a self-starter with high energy and team spirit
- Experience working and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Fanatical attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience and/or passion in esports, and/or entertainment space would be advantageous
