Analyze available fraud data to provide accurate, reliable and timely reports, and MIS critical to the execution of fraud control strategies and decisions.
Write SQL scripts to extract data from the data warehouse and provide ad hoc analytics support needed to complete fraud prevention, detection, recovery, and deterrence related activities/projects.
Mitigate fraud exposure by creating appropriate rules to detect and deter fraud activities.
Create rules to decline/refer suspicious fraud transactions while balancing client experience and fraud exposure.
Ensures that the false positive ratio of existing parameters are within the acceptable level.
Prompt identification of compromise points to monitor other possible affected accounts to minimize the bank's fraud exposure.
Prepare regular reports and presentation materials highlighting the latest fraud trends and the unit's performance
Impact the business directly through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
Identify inconsistencies in the data or results, and exchange information in a concise and logical way.
Identify fraud trends and develops, reviews, and recommends fraud parameters (and other preventive actions that the bank can take) to address those trends
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates with courses in Economics, Statistics or Management.
