What you will do:

• Sub Franchise Development: Supports the end-to-end sub-franchising process, including lead generation, screening, due diligence, onboarding, and store opening.
• Contract Management: Handles franchising documents and agreements, ensuring accurate tracking, organization , and timely updates.
• Administrative Support: Provides day-to-day support to the Franchising Team, including coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Data Monitoring: Maintains and monitors sub-franchise records, store status and business review documentation to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Compliance Tracking: Oversees licensing requirements and billing requests to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the franchising or licensing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
