Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Specialist based in the Philippines. The Franchise Specialist will be responsible for managing franchise operations, facilitating communication between Avocadoria and franchisees, and supporting the development and growth of the brand. Responsibilities include onboarding new franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards, resolving operational challenges, and providing hands-on support to franchise partners to promote franchise success. The specialist will also engage in maintaining relationships with franchisees, assisting in the planning of promotions, and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Management, Business Operations, and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Marketing, Brand Promotion, and Event Coordination
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate strategic insights
• Experience in the food and beverage or franchising industry is a plus
• Time Management and Organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel locally to provide on-site support to franchisees
