As a Franchise Relations Officer
- Serve as the primary point of contact betweenBut First, Coffeeand franchise partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships
- Support franchisees throughout the franchise lifecyclefrom onboarding and store opening to ongoing operations and expansion
- Ensure franchise compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Conduct performance check-ins, and operational audits to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and solutions on operations, marketing execution, staffing, and customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) to address franchisee concerns efficiently
- Assist franchisees in interpreting sales reports, KPIs, and profitability metrics to drive performance
- Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and brand initiatives across franchise locations
- Handle franchise-related issues, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and promptly
- Facilitate franchise meetings, trainings, and communications to ensure alignment with company goals
- Gather feedback from franchisees and relay insights to management to improve systems and support programs
- Ensure timely renewal of franchise agreements and compliance documentation
- Perform other tasks/duties assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with experience in franchise, retail, or multi-unit operations support.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to analyze KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and guide franchisees toward growth.
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, capable of ensuring brand compliance, resolving issues, and coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range: Php. 25,000 - 30,000.
