What you will do:
- Franchise Recruitment: Promote the McDonald's franchise opportunity, co-lead information sessions, and engage prospective franchisees by providing clear guidance on program requirements and expectations.
- Applicant Assessment: Manage the evaluation process by conducting interviews, reviewing applications, performing due diligence, and assessing candidates suitability for franchise ownership.
- Franchisee Qualification: Partner with internal teams and external providers to validate applicant qualifications, coordinate onboarding activities, and facilitate On-the-Job Evaluation (OJE) experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Registered Applicants (REGAPs), ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of franchising-related concerns.
- Pipeline Development: Support franchise growth through market visits, recruitment events, networking activities, and the continuous enhancement of franchising materials and programs.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in franchising, business development, sales, or franchise recruitment, preferably within the QSR, retail, or restaurant industry.
- Strong experience in applicant screening, stakeholder management, and business relationship building.
- Good understanding of financial statements and franchise business models to assess franchisee viability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
