As the Franchise Operations Manager at Fun Han Mart, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising the operations of our growing network of retail stores across Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time, on-site position is essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our franchise strategy and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to franchise owners and store managers, helping them to achieve their sales and profitability targets
- Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive efficiency and growth
- Lead the recruitment, training and development of store-level teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth opening of new franchise locations
- Identify and escalate any operational issues or risks, proposing effective solutions to senior management
- Represent the brand at franchise-related events and liaise with key industry stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar franchise operations or multi-site management role within the retail or consumer products industry
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and successful franchise expansion
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field is preferred
