About the Role:
As a Franchise Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of House of Fruitas through franchise development. You will identify potential franchisees, guide them through the franchise process, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth store development and successful franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential franchise leads and business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees through various channels.
- Conduct initial discussions and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
- Explain franchise packages, requirements, processes, and business opportunities to potential franchisees.
- Assist prospective franchisees throughout the application, evaluation, and onboarding process.
- Monitor the progress of franchise applications and store development projects.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, applications, and ongoing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and prospective business partners.
- Assist in franchise-related events, presentations, and business development activities.
- Monitor franchise performance and coordinate with concerned teams regarding operational concerns and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with strong business development and sales skills
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, site visits, and travel to different locations
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
