Facilitates the end-to-end process of converting non-SEAOIL stations into the SEAOIL brand and acquiring new sites within a specific geographical area.

Success in the role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Negotiates the terms and conditions of the conversion packages and contracts with prospective clients
2. Discusses and seeks approval for all related costs
3. Ensures continuous and effective client relationship management throughout the conversion process
4. Endorses all converted stations to the Station Turnover and Rollout Team, subsequent to signing of the contract
5. Ensures the complete collection of related fees/payments in compliance with prescribed schedules
6. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all related reports and monitoring templates, including those related to leads generation and assessment

Preferred Qualifications for the role

    • Graduate of any business-related course
    • With driver's license (can drive an M/T vehicle)
    • With at least 1 year of sales and account handling experience Preferably with knowledge in real estate brokerage Preferably with experience as an insurance agent

      7. With pleasing personality

    • Realistic Job Preview:
    • 1. Frequent traveling, including weekends
      2. Price survey for margin to offer to dealer (picture station, priceboard, station coordinates & fcd form)
      3. Gathering of documents, such as land title, building permit, station sketch plans, Environment (EMB) documents, fire permits and any related documents pertaining to station operations
    • 4. Request for Contract from Legal department
Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
