Part-Time Franchise Sales Manager Job Description

Filipinos Only

Due to further expansion of our international team, we are hiring a Part-Time Franchise Sales Manager based in the Philippines. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, can speak in public comfortably in big and small groups, a good network in the franchising sector, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. This position reports to the CEO.

Franchise Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Have a good network in the franchising, retail, F&B sector

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Research includes online as well as offline channels (participate in related industry networking events, etc.)

Be customer oriented and work well with current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes, proposals, and periodic written reports for clients.

Develop and commit to professional goals with your manager.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Some international travel required.

Franchise Sales Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

Can Do'Attitude.

Fluent English written and oral skills.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) and social media skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Outside of the Box thinking, creativity required.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Willingness and desire to learn constantly.

Excellent logical and organizational skills.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Business Development Manager Compensation:

Filipino hire.

Commensurate with experience.

Base salary and incentives
