BASIC FUNCTION
To help develop and finalize the Franchise Business Model.
To liaise with Finance, Legal, QA and other departments to prepare the business for Franchising.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Finance and Legal to finalize the final franchise commercials and contract
- Work with QA, Retail Supervisors, Logistics and Finance to finalize the Franchise Operations Manual
- Work with the Retail Head to develop the marketing plan and leads generation strategy
- Develop the playbook for the Franchise Supervisor for Franchise Relationship Management
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
- College Graduate
- 510 years experience in an F&B / experience in retail company with franchising experience
- Curious, quick to understand the business
- Able to coordinate with other departments to gather the right information needed
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
