About the Role
As a Franchise Associate, you will support the end-to-end franchise process—from identifying and coordinating with prospective franchisees to assisting with store development, opening, and ongoing franchise operations. You will work closely with franchise partners and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, strong relationships, and successful execution of franchise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the franchise application and onboarding process for prospective franchisees.
- Coordinate with franchise applicants regarding requirements, documents, meetings, and next steps.
- Support the evaluation and processing of franchise opportunities and potential locations.
- Assist franchisees throughout the pre-opening and store launch process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with franchise partners to monitor progress, concerns, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated franchise records, documents, reports, and databases.
- Assist in preparing franchise-related presentations, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
- Help identify potential franchise leads, business opportunities, and strategic locations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees and prospective business partners.
- Conduct field visits when necessary to support franchise development and store operations.
- Perform other franchise development and business-related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or any related 4-year course.
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, hardworking, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating and working with different stakeholders.
