Job Description

The Franchise Licensing and Relations Officer provide administrative and operational support in managing Bo's Coffee's franchise network. This role ensures that potential and existing franchise partners are well-informed, aligned with brand standards, and supported through every stage of the franchising process. You will be instrumental in franchise documentation, communication, compliance tracking, and partner coordination—helping Bo's Coffee grow its local roots across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

·Franchise Licensing Support

·Assist in the processing of franchise applications, background checks, and evaluation forms.

· Ensure timely collection and review of franchise documents, contracts, and requirements.

· Coordinate with Legal and Finance for documentation and approval of franchise agreements.

Franchisee Onboarding & Coordination

· Support new franchisees in onboarding, including training schedules, orientation, and pre-opening checklists.

· Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Training, Marketing) to ensure a smooth startup process.

Relationship Management

· Serve as a liaison between Bo's Coffee and its franchise partners, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.

· Maintain a franchise database and track key milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements.

· Assist in organizing franchise engagement activities, meetings, and performance reviews.

Monitoring & Compliance

· Help monitor compliance with Bo's Coffee brand standards, operational protocols, and service guidelines.

· Assist in conducting store audits or surveys and consolidating reports for management.

· Track licensing expirations, renewals, and fee submissions.

Administrative & Reporting

· Maintain an organized filing system of all franchise documentation.

· Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, status updates, and pipeline leads.

· Assist in market research or feasibility studies when scouting new franchise opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or any related field.

· At least 2–3 years of experience in franchising, operations, or administrative support—preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.

· Strong organizational and documentation skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

· High attention to detail and confidentiality.
