FP&A Analyst FP&A COMM - Makati City, COR Bautista (Hybrid)

Our client is hiring their first FP&A Analyst in their Makati office to support their global Finance team. This role is critical in building, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports that ultimately support senior leadership and executive-level decision making. While this position does not present directly to executives or the board, it will directly inform those conversations through work conducted with the FP&A team.

This is a hands-on, highly analytical, pioneer role for someone who is an Excel expert, extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with complex financial data in a fast-moving environment.

Work Location:

This position will be hybrid and based out of our client's office in Makati City, Philippines. The team typically works in the office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business needs. Candidates must currently live in and be authorized to work in the Philippines. This role is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM local time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern US business hours)

What You Will Do:

* Build, maintain, and deliver recurring financial and operational reports on a monthly and quarterly cadence

* Pull and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

* Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and potential issues, and flag insights to the FP&A team

* Support close periods with increased reporting volume and time-sensitive deliverables

* Partner closely with FP&A leadership to refine reports and improve data quality over time

* Document reporting processes, workflows, and assumptions to support scalability and continuity

* Contribute to ad hoc analysis requests that support leadership decision-making

* Operate cross-functionally with finance teams and other internal stakeholders

What You Will Need

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

* 2-5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role

* Expert-level Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros

* Proven ability to work independently, manage fluctuating workloads, and meet deadlines

* Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred: Microsoft Copilot, Sage Intacct, Domo, Power BI

* Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of producing highly accurate financial reports

* Strong analytical skills - able to identify trends, gaps, and anomalies and proactively flag issues

* A self-directed, proactive mindset with strong ownership of work

* Ability to manage shifting priorities, particularly during close cycles

* Clear, concise communication skills focused on financial insights and data-driven storytelling

* Sound judgment and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential financial information

* Comfort working in ambiguous environments where processes evolve over time
