FP&A Manager

Team leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the SP&A team set priorities, review work quality, and build analytical capability.
• Allocate team capacity across planning cycles and ad hoc business requests.

Business analysis

• Drive analyses on key business topics, such as performance drivers, unit economics, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear findings and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Support strategic planning, target setting, and forecasting processes.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work with business, operations, finance, and product stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Align on priorities, define success metrics, and track follow-through on agreed initiatives.

Reporting and insights

• Oversee the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports with key updates and insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and reporting for management reviews.
• Standardize and improve reporting processes and dashboards.

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking. We value the structural thinking and first-principles approach typical of these environments
• Advanced financial modeling is a baseline. You should possess the ability to build what-if scenarios that account for competitor moves and macroeconomic shifts
• A Business owner mentality. You don't just report numbers you identify leakage, propose pivots, and drive the business forward
• Mastery of Excel is required familiarity with SQL is a significant plus for navigating our BI data infrastructure
• A degree in finance, economics, or engineering from a top-tier global or local university
