The company is a well-known brand within the F&B industry. Office is in Quezon City.

Job Description

  • Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning; develop financial models and consolidate plans across departments.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monitor variances, and build dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
  • Partner with leadership on investments and expansion, conduct ROI and sensitivity analyses, and strengthen internal controls and compliance.
  • Foster collaboration, mentor team members, and promote values-driven leadership to enhance financial literacy and business acumen.

The Successful Applicant


The Ideal Candidate Has

  • At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • CPA license is not required but preferred
  • Experience in service, retail, F&B, or multi-location operations is preferred
